I think in a few weeks I am going to accidentally drive halfway to San Diego and get some Lemon Blue cochin hatching eggs.

Yep!!! I am cautious about buying hatching eggs east of the Mississippi because I am in SoCal and the further they have to travel the worse hatch I rate I will have. This person has an auction here on BYC!!!!! I can't buy them now because my bator is full, but in a few weeks I can certainly make a road trip. Gives me a good excuse to stop at Tom's Farms and buy a boatload of fresh produce too.
