She doesnt look happy and we think maybe she was abused at her old home and ughhh getting blamed for her going potty in house only had her for 1 day!

Be patient with her.
IF in fact she was abused, if you can bring her around, you'll have a friend for life.
If she went potty in the house, it's probably because she's in a new place surrounded by a new family.
She's really cute.

Ugh, I have a doxie like that. Kinda the same circumstances, I think.
I think he was pretty roughly handled when he was a baby so he WANTS to be friendly, but is afraid of everyone except me.

He won't even let my husband touch him and we've had him 8 months-he's my best buddy, though.

Ive always wanted a small dog cause Ive had a very bad expierence with bigger dogs which ended up with me going to the hospital....
Ive always wanted a chihuahua or Mini Shnauzer

I like dogs that are hyper and want to do things as this dog likes to sleep and sounds like my grandma snoring

Yikes, I can't say I blame you, then for not wanting a bigger dog.
Maybe your new little girl is just kinda hanging back because she's in a new place? Maybe once she gets used to things, the routine and everything, she'll start rockin' and rollin'? I like chill little dogs-they make great companions.
