I already know its too soon to tell šŸ¤£

But...an indoor roo is different than a LONE indoor roo.
If he doesn't have a flock, he doesn't know what he's missing.
If he knows about the life he's missing...
He'll be miserable.
Well we have 3 cats and 3 dogs inside lol so idk how well it would work anyway

Wooooow!!! Was his booty a total mess? Did he mind the diaper?
Of course in the beginning, it was weird for him. LOL He got used to it eventually.
And he wore pants sometimes. LOL
I miss him so much šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜

No, they are supposed to have rose combs... but I think that it has happened with hatchery birds.
@cluckmecoop7 has a single combed GLW too I think. I might have one actually!
my thoughts exactly! hatcherys shouldnt be able to mess up breeds like that.

They breed for quantity, not quality.
I think it also has something to do with single combs being recessive and rose combs being dominant? Or maybe it's the other way around... don't quote me on that LOL
rose combs are dominant i think

Omg that picture made my day. I take it he has gone on to rooster heaven? He was clearly loved exceptionally.

Noooooo. He moved back with his parents. He needed to be with some ladies and I couldn't provide him everything he needed. I hatched him as an egg. He was an indoor rooster for 4 months. I miss him so much.
