Welcome and we're proud of you to do research ahead of flock. It will go a lot better that way.
I don't know about the stress reliever rub.

Get them used to you ( eating treats out of your hand ) so you can handle them once they're grown.

Don't overcrowd them. Bigger is better.

Read articles about what NOT to feed them.

Give us your general location ( r.e. SW Nebraska ) for coop suggestions etc.
