Not too bad. Its rained all day so a bit chilly inside but the rain was needed.. its a good thing.

Good, great, exhausting, hot. Heat index was 103 earlier.
We visited a friend in South Carolina, then I went running after we got back

It's a little cooler! (especially inside)
It was a great visit, we got to see their house and town, since we hadn't been there since they moved. I almost didn't go, but was glad I went: it actually made me feel better
