um can I just say,,,
My appetite has never been that great honestly, I have always been underweight. I don't think I could eat more than one hotdog with ketchup, let alone anything else...
but I think you all have given me the inspiration I need to get to a healthier weight! LOL!

I was like that for several years! Then I became a mechanic working on semi trailers - and I can verify that muscle weighs more than fat per volume!

Now, I'm taking meds, unfortunately (for an accident several years ago that ruined my SI joint and made me nearly worthless - long story), and had a med taken off the mark that was doing me great help, and was put on one to replace it, and in the 6 months I was on it, I gained 12 sizes... from a 6-8 to a 18-20. In 6 months... every time I went near a thrift store, I stopped at bought a few jeans the next size up, or I would never have had anything to wear.

I got off that particular med 1 1/2 weeks ago, and already feel better - I am actually doing things! Not much, mind you, but better than before. And so I hope I can lose this extra cow that wrapped itself around my middle and thighs.

If any doctor ever offers any of you a med that's calle Xtamza, run the other way, and find a different doctor.

Okay, rant over... sorry, but sometimes, it makes me crazy how one stupid medicine ruined my life more than the accident itself did!

Now, to push my choice, Canuck Chooks, higher on the list - everyone, vote for it, please. It's better than the rest!
