I candled two eggs today to compare the two embryos. The one eggs embryo is moving quite a bit fast and the other one is just standing still and is much bigger then the moving one. I'm scare that its abnormal. PLEASE HELP!!!

Yes it is normal for them to move. They swim and they rest. Mark the egg that you are worried about and candle it again after a few more days. When I candle my eggs, the location of the embryo sometimes causes it to appear larger or smaller. I know its hard to do but do not worry about abnormal, you will not be able to detect that from candling. It could be a quitter, in which case there is nothing you can do about it. Incubating eggs is nerve racking, it is normal to worry about everything. You have swimmers, therefore you have a good start. Good luck with your hatch!!
