LOL to funny. I just started incubating around aug. because I finally decided to go and get an incubator. The worst part is I need a circulator fan for mine and I want one for christmas and by the way hoping that I am a good little girl this year and santa will let me have another incubator.

LOL I have put mine up for the year but oh boy have I thought about buying some eggs off from ebay since my chickens are not laying right now and incubating them but nope i have to be good and wait until spring if I can make it that long. lol

As far as I can tell from that first batch of yours I hatched, I got 8 pullets and 3 roosters. Not that I am promoting incubation...

enablers is right,i was just surfing the net about a month ago to see about raising some game birds for my sons FFA project next spring,well with all the info and baby chick pics and everyone so helpfull,I couldnt help my self ..now we have 14 little fuzzy chicks, ...I've been enabled

11 in the brooder and 22 in the bator!!! I swore I was going to stop in the fall, then start again in the spring. Gosh, I wonder what happened???!!! Oh wait, I know. There are a bunch of very sick people on BYC who insist on posting pics of their hatching chicks, and discussing candling and pipping and peeping. . . .. Jody's right, it's all everybody else's fault!!!!
