As a manager myself to 8 ladies in an office setting, I have ZERO RESPECT and no tolerance for tattle tales. If the work is done and the clients are happy and people are not abusing the privledge... I let it go. However, tattle tales and instigators do not make it long in my department!

With co-workers like that one, I say watch your back!

Our IT dept can see into everyone's work computer at all times, and can even change your computer desk top remotely and track your internet, etc. We are no longer supposed to even post personal messages to each other. They started a special "buy, sell, exchange" area on our e-mail, so if you are looking for a good plumber or have a car to sell it you post on that section and it can be accessed by those who are interested in going on this section -- doesn't go to everyone.
