Getting a clearer photo of your hen's beak will be helpful. But from what I can tell - if you are asking about the black and yellow on her beak, that is her natural coloring from what I can see.

I bet you are seeing signs of Fowl Pox...I see (barely) a scab like blister on the top of the beak.

Any little meat scraps would work, I find that "fake" burgers are just clean, easy to use and store.

Can you take a better photo of the beak - it's very hard to know what you are seeing - Fowl Pox, your hen would most likely have scabs on the comb, face and wattles too.
