A old man I new on the CB described me to everyone as a fence post with a hat on it an a cigarette sticking out of a knot hole. 108 pounds an 5 foot 11 at the time. I quit smoking years ago an have got up to 135.

Shared a house for a while with a woman from PR. She hated hated hated the cold. But, one day she was up in her rooms and she came down complaining about how cold it was and why couldn't we turn up the heat. She was wearing SHORTS and a sleeveless T-shirt!

And anyone keeping their temp at 80 who doesn't live in florida must be a millionaire - wanna adopt me??

We're trying to keep expenses down, so about 60-62 here is fine. But we have a thick comforter on the bed, as well as a 93 pound Lab on our feet. And a 20 pound cat in the middle.

We do dress appropriately!

The funniest thing is that since I spend most of the day on the computer, I find I have to get up and move around now and then to warm up again- and I'm taking care of chores a lot better!

55-60 here. We have a wood stove, down comforter, flannel sheets, lap blankets, two fluffy dogs, and "if you're cold put a sweater on."

Its to low for me. I get cold real easy. I am a blanket hog too.

The house is 68 to 70 degrees and it is not on all the time. I bundle up in my chair, computer on my lap (warm as they can be!) and the cat on my knees, warm and comfy!

My bed got extra blankets! Two thin quilts and one heavy comforter!
