I Am Going To Pull My Hair Out!

lighting is not a problem they are out side and now they get 14 hrs a day...

"and now they get" are the key words here. I'm not talking about sunlight, or direct sunlight. Birds are not tomato plants.

I'm talking about light in general, even indoor lighting even if at high intensity, but 8 or less hours a day can cause temporary caponization (A stalling of reproduction functions like a normal change of seasons).
Note the word temporary! I think this is what your laying problem is, and the cure for that is what you appear to be doing.

Returning birds to normal hourly lighting should reverse this.

Given a proper diet, and recovery from temporary caponization. If that is the problem. You should be seeing eggs in the future.
That's just my best guess.

I got my first egg yesterday and had two today. I bet you get some very soon!! I feed mine meatbird feed 21% protein. Be patient and they will come. These were eggs I hatched from 92caddy. They hatched June 5th that makes them 8 weeks old when they started laying so keep you spirits up!!!
