I decided to start a post that will hopefully cheer people up. This is not an attempt at being self-righteous or to make anyone feel guilty. I just want others to be able to look on the lighter side of life and put a smile on their face. Please, feel free to write a list of what you are grateful for in your life.

I am grateful for a family that loves me and puts up with my quirks. If I need them, I know I can depend on them.

I am grateful that no one in my immediate family has a serious, life threatening illness.

I am grateful that depite the current housing crisis, our family has been able to stay in our home.

I am grateful for my job.

I am grateful for my chickens, 2 cats, dog and finch. They really love me and are always happy to see me.

I am grateful for an education.

I am grateful that I have friends that care about me. That I am never alone.

Well, you can see the list can go on and on.

My grateful list is far too long to place on here. I guess I'm grateful for just about everything in my life....even the bad stuff!

For, without the rain, how would we appreciate the beauty of a sunny day? [IMG]
