There are pros and cons of the change. Women going through the change are usually in their 40's (+1) and know who they are. All the BS has been worked through and they are basically cool chicks who know who they are.

Now, I'm tryin hard to be family friendly, there is a reason for the existence of "Cougars". At 45 most men are fat and lazy where many women are well, lt's just say, incredibly affectionate. This is another one of God's jokes. I'm not sure what the Creator was thinking but in many ways he is a divine prick.

Yes, that is one of those things they warned you about. If you are on cholestrol medications, it can "warp" your liver and sometimes kidneys or having IBS. As for me, not worth taking it just to see if it works on me.
