Tell them what she did: Sent 'fresh' eggs to the wrong address (This was her mistake, right? Your address was correct on the paypal payment?), then upon receiving the returned eggs she reshipped the same eggs. (are you sure she sent the same eggs? Maybe she used the same box and put new eggs in it?)
Ebay is very buyer-friendly, I'm sure it won't take much to get it straightened out.

Yes, it was her mistake. When they were late, I went back to the messages I sent to her and checked and it was definitely the correct address that I gave her.
When the box arrived it was obvious that she had left out the apt number the first time, and wrote it in on the box later. In my correspondences with her prior to the box arriving, I told her that I had checked the tracking number and it said the package had been returned to her. She replied "Yes, I know, I remailed it."
So I am pretty sure that the emails between us will speak for themselves.
What I was having trouble with writing was the comments section on the feedback, where they only give you 80 characters to comment on the transaction, but I think I managed it well.

But did you report it to Ebay? Regardless of whether she agrees to refund you, if Ebay finds you in the right they will refund you. They'll either take it out of her paypal account (if they find her at fault) or they will just comp it to make you happy.

The way I always look at it is, if you don't set them, then you know none will hatch. If you set them you might get a few. Every egg gets the benefit of the doubt around here
The problem with that is that I am not in Michigan myself right now so I can't set them. Otherwise I would. So as I said before, if anyone wants to give em a shot, they're free for the taking.
I have no clue what is up but I ordered some eggs and I don't know what is going on but I got 50 eggs packed again in a flat and then in a flat rate box! The eggs did not make it. Ladyfarms goes by 3 aliases on ebay, I went through the person last year and never again. I don't purchase eggs often because of ways people pack. GAA! I am frustrated too. I have whites, tuxedos if you are interested though.
