When the box arrived it was obvious that she had left out the apt number the first time, and wrote it in on the box later. In my correspondences with her prior to the box arriving, I told her that I had checked the tracking number and it said the package had been returned to her. She replied "Yes, I know, I remailed it."
So I am pretty sure that the emails between us will speak for themselves.
What I was having trouble with writing was the comments section on the feedback, where they only give you 80 characters to comment on the transaction, but I think I managed it well.
