Lost 2 more chicks today, but they are eating and drinking good now! I had a few boiled eggs in the fridge and cut them up and they ate them so hopefully that will help them too!

Today was the first day i havent lost any chicks! hopefully the Cocci is gone, they are acting more normal than they had been. I started out with 10 Black Jersey Giants and 10 SLW's in this bunch. I now am left with 7 left. I hope i never have to deal with that horrible disease again!

I was just going to add that a heat lamp might help them during the stress of illness and medication. But sounds like they are all on the mend. I know it is one thing that I do for my chickens when they are not feeling ok. I hope all the rest survive. Once the cocci is on your property though... I think I would bleach out the pen where the chicks are to keep it from spreading. If memory serves me right, once it is on your property it is near impossible to get rid of because it lives in your soil. For your sake, I hope I am wrong though.

I always do a Cocci Prevention round with my chicks, it is imperative here as I have had Cocci in the past. Even with medicated feed, the medication is simply not always enough by itself. I keep Corid on hand and at about 2 weeks of age, I go ahead and put it in the water, add some powdered milk to the feed and my losses are way down.

It does, however, all my chicks get cocci once they hit the ground out of the brooder, even on starter with Amprolium. The dose is so low that it only gives them a slight edge. Broody raised chicks never get it, at least here.

Once their intestines are badly damaged, there isn't much you can do except what you're doing.

A little warning about the milk.. Dairy products block the absorption of some Antibiotics.

You don't give antibiotics for cocci. Milk products do help, especially yogurt and buttermilk. Cocci is caused by a protozoan like giardia, not a bacteria. I know some use a sulfa drug, Sulmet, but it doesn't always do much for them. Corid is much better, IMO.
