BC pick BC ..... depends where you move to there you could have it all - Vancouver area is great for no snow winters - ok a bit of snow and everyone panics and the whole city shuts down - fun to watch.
Okanagan area hot hot summers lots of fruit trees, lakes aplenty, skiing, just a great place (I am biased though cause thats where i live lol) and the winters are not to bad most snow hits in jan/feb. and we only get a couple weeks of really cold weather. Never had a snow day for school in my life!!
If you move up north well summers are not to hot and winters are longer but still great up there to.
