yeah and mine have done so as well! My dad is a vet and i have members that go back to 1774 when we first came here that fought for our country. Like i said, this is about moving not about "current elected officials" pretty sure this hole is from many presidents ago. Thanks~

My ex wife was from Belize. Can I offer you my opinion?
The grass aint always greener on the other side of the street. Belize is very nice along the tourist strips near the coast. Inland, it is still mired in the third world. You are only grudginly accepted there, basic amenities we take for granted are sketchy and it aint the paradise you may imagine.
Think for a moment. If this country and the rest of the affluent world goes under - how do you think Belize will fare?

Here in the US, things may not be what you think they should be. But I can assure you, that after traveling much of the known world myself - it aint as bad as you think.

Sarcasm sorta.

If we could do it without thousands of people getting killed would it be a bad thing?

Yes, it would be. I'm not shocked attitudes like this (which is a sad statement in of itself) but I'm going to quote Barney Frank and say "it is a tribute to the First Amendment that this kind of vile contemptible nonsense is so freely propagated."

I don't want to derail the OP's thread further, but PurpleChicken if you'd like to discuss this maybe we could start a new thread.

I'd love to debate it but with Barney Frank on your side I wouldn't have a chance. He's my hero and a very attractive man I must say.

Yes, i know. I was looking into a self substainable project with 12 huts. So when it all goes under i am not attached to the frills of the man. Like i said, DREAMING~ LOL And retirement...........I would have to visit of course and i know that up in "the Hills" and i ain't talking the show there are crazy animals, snakes and spiders.

I just think it's funny, Not you , how people try to crush your dreams because you don't want to be glued to the good ol USA. Of course i could do the same in the USA now that everyone has stepped on my dream! Thanks everyone, bubble crushers~

Huh? Did you say something? I was busy organizing my Marxist of the Month trading cards and didn't catch that.

Help! I'm stuck and have no olives.

Geez, I suspect I should just strap on rollerskates and shuffle them between you two now?
