Hello and Welcome To BYC! X2, you need to separate or cull one of the roos, especially if he is aggressive... temperament is inherited so be prepared for your younger roo to also be a problem when he is older.
Since you can hatch eggs, if you are willing to try shipped eggs, you might also want to check out the BST forum, there are usually plenty of silkie hatching eggs for sale.

Thanks if I order eggs for the incubator if I buy ohh let's say 8 will I get 3 or 4?

Shipped eggs are always a gamble. There is no way the seller can guarantee how they will be handled in transit. If you can locate local eggs, a 50% hatch rate would probably be on the low side. Good luck.
