Thats awful. I feel so bad for you and your pets. Has anyone been to your house recently who might have seen your birds? If I were you, I would try to padlock my pens because those people might come back for more.

I also agree with putting up a sign, either shame them into returning them, and/or have neighbours on the look out for others "new livestock"
