No need to move, you just need to learn ways of keeping the bear at a distance. As much as I put down bear, they only come around because of human misbehavior. They are looking for food, once they find it they will be back time after time. A bear in the wild that has had no human contact will shy off, unless it has cubs with her. One that has been around humans and learned they are a free meal ticket, is subject do do anything. That is where the danger lays. How do you tell which is which?
For those of you that think a dog is the answer to a bear problem, please take note. 1 bear killed 2 rottweilers. The bear may have gotten the best of these dogs because as we know rottweilers are very small non aggressive dogs. I have seen a wounded bear kill 8 big bears dogs
before the owner could kill the bear. This owner was a federal trapper employed to trap or kill bear, bobcats and mountian lions repeatly found killing livestock.
