I am unsure what breed this is.

I got this hen as a chick from my local feed store. She was in a tank labeled “Mixed Ornamental Chickens”. My daughter picked her because she was the smallest one. She looked like a black cotton ball. After looking it up I think she is a Campine. Can anyone tell me with more confidence?

Old English Game pullet. I think the color variety is Black Breasted, but I'm not 100% sure.
