I am so impressed!! You've done a great job!! We just finished our coop, and now it's on to the run. Building our coop was such a good experience for our family, too. More work than we expected starting out, but we ended up all working together, brainstorming together, painting together, etc, and had a great time. It's a good feeling to see it all come together.
