I asked for a frizzle and got?

I purchased some assorted bantams from my local feed store. I didn't actually pick them out but I was supposed to get 2 frizzles. So far only one is frizzling , while the other is ... Not. I have no idea what it is. It has 5 toes so maybe a silkie mix but there is no crest or blue "lobes". Either that or maybe a salmon favorelle mix. It is coming up on 3 weeks just about. Any guesses?

Not every chick from a frizzle pen will be frizzled. Responsible breeders average at 50% frizzled in the clutch

But what of the 5 toes as I understand that is not typical of frizzle traits.

Could just be a mutation. I've had it pop up before

Based off the extra toe, it could be a sultan. Looks fluffy enough to be a silkie mix but the comb is super flat and the skin is super pale.. I would say Cochin but the extra toe is a sultan/silkie trait.
Maybe a cochin mix with silkie way back a couple generations? From what I’ve seen those toes stick around for quite awhile through generations.

Yes, it's probably mostly Cochin with some Silkie blood mixed in. Definitely not a Sultan.
