You could try cleaning it off and apply a sugar paste to reduce swelling and reinserting it but most likely it will continue to happen again and again. If it stays out the tissue will dry out and die. I agree that it does look like a egg stuck also.
 
In the earlier pictures it looks like a very large amount of the cloaca has prolapsed, but there it looked pretty and pink, but too large. When those are so far out, it is hard to push them back in, although worth a try with honey, sugar paste, or preparation H cream to help reduce swelling. Prolapsed vents can frequently occur with a stuck egg or other straining.
But now the prolapse looks black and necrotic, which means there is dead tissue which is permanently damaged. She will probably die of infection if you do not put her down. I am really sorry.

Please don't feel bad.
There isn't anything that you could have done to prevent this or really anything to 'fix' it.
