It certainly was interesting to hear the reasons, though. I learned something, for sure. I'll stick to my assessment of emotionality on the issue - but that is alright. It's okay to disagree.

I will continue to assert that mine, at least, is a largely rational choice (emotions are always involved in any choice we make, so I won't pretend I am entirely emotionless) based on the facts available to me, as I look beyond my own narrow short-term monetary interests to my long-term, broader interests along with those of my local community and the environment.
