That doesn't look like a playhouse per-say.. It looks like an old walk in cooler that had a roof and porch slapped onto it.. Am I correct in what it WAS? Regardless, looks like a tight enclosure. Ensure there is good ventilation and replace the rotted porch framing and you're good.

25 bucks? Wow! You did great! It looks fairly sound structurally. You might want a support on that rot that you showed in the pic, but otherwise I think you did one heck of a deal!

I hate to put a damper on your purchase... a big thumbs DOWN... judging from the photos, there is just too much DRY ROT . Any new materials that you add to replace the dry rotten wood that you see , there will be much more that you don't and you will be in worse shape than when you started with.

Replace flooring and posts, do a though job of inspecting what it needs and you would have a nice coop.
