I was moving my eggs from my desk to the kitchen table so I could pay bills without accidently breaking any, and I accidently broke one.

It was EmmyLou's and I only had 4 of hers. Now I only have 3

Sorry to hear that!

To try to turn this to a positive, at least you still have 3 left......

(Find someplace else to pay your bills)

i'm so sorry! i know how frustrating that can be. i had three eggs break from my last hatch. Two were the hen's fault and one was my fault. i did just hatch out the two remaining chicks early this morning. So as much as i feel terrible about the broken eggs, seeing these little bundles of joy seems to make things much better.

Good luck with your eggs. Hope the remaining ones hatch out fine.

I actually have 8 eggs, only 3 from EmmyLou.

I shouldn't be that upset over just one, but they came all the way from Alaska, from Tori, so they are special

I was paying bills online and didn't want my eggs in front of the computer. I don't normally pay online, now I know why LOL

:aww I am so sorry, I am sure you did not mean to. Can you get another egg from her?

Never mind I read the last post after I posted. Sorry.

Well at least you're not hypocritical. I was tellng my 5 year old sister to be very careful with the eggs and not to drop them or be rough with them and less than 24 hours later I drop one of my Americauna eggs on one of my Leghorns. Phooey.

At least she didn't SEE me do it ha ha.

Poopies happen.

Another bright side is that it hadn't started to grow yet... try dropping the thermometer on a day-18 egg with a chick...
