That's not bad, just needs ointment.
i’ve been using warm water and a soft cloth to clean and spray anticeptic twice a day!! i know they will be okay i just want feel bad they are isolated .. they want to go play with their sisters!! i mean i let them out with them i jsut sit and watch like a hawk and step in when the other girls peck at it

Ointment will help it have proper moisture, to heal properly. Antiseptic is fine for cleaning, but also dries out wounds.

Have any boredom busters, for the other ladies to peck at as a distraction? Lettuce, cabbage, treat dispenser balls, flock blocks, etc.

what type of ointment? like neosporin or aquafor?

my yard is like a playground .. we love adding stuff all over to make it fun for them .. and i’m always throwing treats around for them to find .. i don’t even blow the leaves bc they LOVE to dig .. it’s not the prettiest yard but they love it so idc .. for the most part they are occupied but when one of the wounded girls gets close and they notice they immediately go for it .. it’s mostly leaving them in the coop/run .. especially over night bc we usually don’t go out until around 9(we work nights) and they are up and in the run by 5:30 .. so that’s a long time alone in there

It really doesn't look bad. Head/comb wounds bleed a lot, even if it's a tiny nick. I had a hen whose head and neck was absolutely covered in blood, and I caged her half a day just to make sure it dried out well and she was perfectly fine once I let her out. Unless the other birds are picking at the wounds, I'd just leave it alone.

Plain Neosporin, or Triple Antibiotic Ointment.

Yeah it isn’t bad at all!! the other bird are picking so that’s my only issue! i tried some blue-kote .. it seemed to camouflage daisy ear but it didn’t help for peals head!! i looked outside and they were all standing there just picking at her head .. and she was letting them!! it’s been 4 days now and i jsut feel bad for her .. she doesn’t seem to mind the cage but i still feel bad!! especially bc i have to put them to bed before work which is about 1.5 hour a before they would go to bed in their own .. she is still laying though so i guess that’s a good sign
