I can clean the coop but need help with run

Get out the phone book and look up tree services. Start calling them and see if one of them will dump a load of wood chips in your yard. Layer the chips in the bottom of your run. They are large and course so they don't get all mucky and they attract bugs that the birds will like to eat. As they start to compost down clean them out and mulch your flower beds or garden down with them and apply fresh chips to the run. Most tree services are more than happy to dump off a load just to save from having to pay to dump them at the landfill.

I have to say, I had the tree trimmings and it was not a great idea. They all got sick after the leaves started to compost and make mold spores and dust. Chickens are highly allergic to dust and mold. It turned into a mycoplasma infection and $245.00 of a vet bill.
