Could you also post a picture of #2? I wasn't absolutely sure about it being a pullet, due to the redness of it's comb in the other picture.Thank y’all for the Info. I’ll wait a week or so and post a pic of number 1 again.
Will do. #2 is the boss of the coop for sure.Could you also post a picture of #2? I wasn't absolutely sure about it being a pullet, due to the redness of it's comb in the other picture.
Only if a fast-feathering chicken is bred to a slow-feathering chicken. Unless someone specifically breeds like that, wing feather growth doesn't have any importance when sexing chickens. Can you sex week old chicks by the wing feathers ? Like this picture suggests?
I sure hope it's a pullet!Pullets can have wattles too. I don't see any signs that say cockerel to me.
Looks like a pullet so far.One for a friend.. Thank you. 4 weeks
Thank you! That is what I have read also. I just have one that has wings that look very different from the others. I’m not sure 100% on the breed but I think she is a white laced Wyandotte? 1 week 2 days.Only if a fast-feathering chicken is bred to a slow-feathering chicken.
