Ok thanks for the info. So much to learn! She certainly fits the bill! Not bantam. Leghorns are just generally smaller and slimmer than most brown laying breeds.

Cockerel. And he's got Easter Egger behind him, not Ameraucana.11 weeks. I was told it's a barred rocks Americana mix
Thank you for the reply. By no means of mine expert but I read that you can tell by the redness of the comb and also the development of the tail. What's throwing me off is you can see she obviously it has a red comb her tail feathers are fully developed and rounded. Do you think it's definitely a Cockerel?Cockerel. RoosterCan i get your opinion on gender of this 13 week old. I have several that are same breed, but this one is the only one with a rooster look.. largest comb of them all, thicker legs, tail feathers point down,, View attachment 1067585 View attachment 1067586 View attachment 1067587 View attachment 1067588 View attachment 1067590 View attachment 1067591 View attachment 1067592 .. but I figured at 13 weeks, it would be bigger. I have 2 blacks ones, same age, bigger combs, but htheir saddles feathers all go down. That's why I thought this ones comb would be bigger. Also all of the rest are super friendly, but this one is standoffish. You can see some of the others in the pictures and see the difference in combs. Thanks!
