You're correct with your guesses.
The one in the first pic with red comb is a roo.
The Sex link is also a roo.

Red ones are both roosters. I need a full body picture of the black cochin to tell.

Someone recently at a high producing chicken farm that they can tell Roos from hens by the little knot on their ankle, if they don’t have one then they are hens but all of them have them, is this knot present on hens and Roos generally?

I am thinking the black Cochin is a rooster. Which one of the red ones did you think was a pullet? The red one in this picture you just posted is a rooster for sure.
