So if you want to bred 100% blue laced red chicks you breed a black and a splash laced together so every chick will have exactly 1 copy of the gene

So It's basically BBS except with laced chickens.Yeah so when you breed 2 BLRs together you get 50% blue lace chicks (50% chance of inheriting 1 copy of the the diluted gene from either parents)
25% splash (25% chance of inheriting both parents diluted genes)
And 25% black laced (25% chance of inheriting neither of the parents diluted genes)
