Yesterday when I was having my teeth cleaned my hygienist asked if I was going to do a nursery for the baby. I told her he has his own room but I wasn't going to go out and spend a fortune on baby bedding this time around, since I'm not planning on having any more. She said she was selling her son's nursery set. I told her I would be interested in seeing it, so we set up a time today for me to meet her after she got off work to take a peek at it. This is what she had...
... and she had EVERYTHING that goes with it. Isn't that cute? I bought it!!!!!
that is precious!!!

She also hand drew most of the animals and a barn on plywood and had someone cut them out. She painted them to match the bedding and used them on her walls. Those items were included as well. I'm starting to get excited about getting his little room ready.
so for those of you that have the baby sleep in another room..is it hard to get up in the night? i usually stick the kid next to my bed in a bassinet because i am the deepest sleeper ever.
we are waiting on our tax refund and then we are going baby shopping ourselves!
The room I always use as a nursery is right across the hallway from my room. I'll have a monitor on the nightstand at my head so there is no way I'll be able to miss him crying. Besides, DH is a light sleeper and I'm sure he would wake up... at least enough to wake me up.
