Mrs. Turbo :

With my 2nd and 3rd I introduced the bottle at about 4-6 weeks and with the 4th I waited until 2 1/2 - 3 months and he would not take one....tried, tried, and tried again. I was his one and only meal for the next year!

Yep, that happened to me with my 3rd baby too. But, I'd rather it be that way than they way it is with Ethan... I DETEST dealing with bottles full time!

I can understand that the waiting is agony...

I have to agree......seemed like a pain at first, but it was a lot less trouble than dealing with the pump and bottles....etc. Might do the same for this one. Just feed baby before you go into walmart, Drs....etc.

i am 12weeks today.

I still havent told a ton of people so my Dh said if i didnt go ahead and announce it he would

So onto the FB status it went 10min ago.I feel like hurling, I hate having to tell people big news when you know someone out there is going to say something stupid that will make me have to go punch them in the neck (or at least think about punching them in the neck )

i'm 35 weeks and still haven't told half the people who would want to know :-s
now it feels like I can't.

ha, they will figure it out soon enough!

i have a question for other moms. when does your "monthly cycle" return? my little boy will be 3 months in a couple of weeks and im kind of wondering whats up.

mine always comes back in 5-8 weeks even though I exclusively breastfeed.

now you know you can be pregnant at your 6 week check-up right? Don't ask me how I know that.

I breastfeed exclusively also but mine does not come back until about 3 months after I stop breastfeeding. I usually breastfeed for a year

I never had a cycle as long as I breastfed. Soon as I stopped nursing, my cycles started back up 3-4 months later.

So, Mrs. Turbo, I guess it's safe to say you and your hubby didn't wait until after your 6 week check up, huh?
