Last year they had everyone trash their Zicam nose stuff. They said it caused people to lose taste in their mouth. I would like to use it if it's been reformulated. Every time I get a cold I get pneumonia. Fortunately my job involves driving around meeting people and not being in an enclosed environment. I always interact with them outside and don't get real close. I do get crud from my kids though. I don't kiss them on the lips anymore. Make sure I don't touch anything after them and never share a glass with them.

Nasonex does a great job of keeping your sinuses clear. The cold goes in your eyes instead. Better to have runny eyes than plugged up sinuses though.

Hubby got me some zicam... better late then never I say!

Also, I was given the 'talk' about vitamins at my age! Really? My body is going to start falling apart at 31? Its all down hill from here I was told... and a vitamin a day is the only way to slow it down! HAHAHA

Ok, seriously though... I better start taking my women's one-a-day!

I under use medicines, I want my body to kick into gear and take care of the issue for me. Then I wait too long and have to go on heavy duty meds. There is a fine line, and some how I always miss it.
