I can't figure it out wheather its a hen or rooster.

Yeah it looks as a dorking cross.....am trying to breed this hen and the cock lets see what comes out as a result.

I recently started breeding speckled Sussex. I plan on going to some shows next year hopefully. But the mix breeds tend to be really pretty and unique so if you do breed please post pics

i bought it from a person who had some mix breed hens so he really didn't knew the breed also....the hen lays almost pink colored egg.

My best guess would be marans mixes. Really, though, they're probably mixes of mixes, so I could be completely wrong.

Easter egger mixed with red or orp? That would be my best guess. Little less easter egger due to the size of your hen. But I still think that's it due to being a popular breed for the season around the time of your purchase
