I can't loose this chick!

i have a Silkie about a month old. Every other chick with it is fine. It's my daughters. Every chick she picks out dies all of a sudden. I need help! It won't stand up and has stool covering it's bottom. If it were any other chick I'd say it's natural. But help me help this thing so my baby doesn't have to loose another chick and cry again
