I could just scream! UPDATE: PICS! Questions

I have a shed that has power to it. I will keep in house first few day, move to garage for a week or two and then move to shed. We can hit the teens at night here. But until the last few days have been very unseasonably warm. Now of course it is 40 during the day outside and very windy!

Told you not to worry.

take care,

The protrusion should close if it's not to big. If # 1 chick is picking to bad at the forth chick I would say get #1 out of the bator but it may be better to take two of them so they can be together. If you have to do it, do it fast to keep the humidity up. Good luck.

I had a 100% hatch
. The red protrusion on Chick #4 has almost disappeared. I did assist #9 out of the shell last night at midnight. She was on of the very first pips and you could see she was partially shrink wrapped. After I took her out, I didn't think she would make it through the night. She didn't even struggle. She was so weak she just laid there with her eyes closed. When I got up this morning all nine were up, walking and looking good!
