Went to tractor supply to get something for hubs. And well I found these cutties. Lavender orpingtons... they had 5 of them and so we bought a black one to.

My plan was to wait until I hatched my silver laced Wyandotte which I plan on starting next Saturday but a find like this I had to get them. Now I hop at least two hatch when I do the Wyandotte eggs...

These little guys spent the night in the coop brooder. First time using it for tiny ones worked great. They were all right at the edge of the heat lamp. Looking great in there new home.
