I did it! update!now with pics

Waiting for the po to call, usually they do around 730 if something comes in. I know it will more then likely be tomorrow, but keeping fingers crossed. When I didn't get the email of shipping last mon/tues. I started to get nervous as the only other date listed onthe website for hatching was the 7th, and I ordered very late, so was very happy to get the email with alternate ship dates. What did you order?

They are here! I called at 8, they were waiting so they didn't wake me, lol, I always wake up at 530, with no alarm clock! They sent two extras so six very cute healthy goslings! Now to figure out what they are! I will take them in the sun later to get some pictures, five look very similar, a dusky yellow, yellowish bills, orange feet but some smudge looking legs, the other is larger, but has a grey 'blanket' not as dark as say a pom. Anyway will post pics later to get some ideas. I did email to see if they could tell me.

I cant wait to see pics!!!!!

PICS PICS PICS! My sebastopols from Holderreads are a little over 2 weeks old and are my favorite of all the waterfowl I've ever had!

There website only shows one more ship date but it is not there last day to ship. I just got a Exhibition Duckling (20) assortment yesterday. That was not a listed ship date. My 16 Fancy Gosling assortment and 20 Bantam Ducks is booked for Monday or Tuesday of the week of June 7 with the 14th and 21 as backup dates.

From looking at what I got in my duck assortment it looks like I got 4 breeds with 2 bonus. I like assortments.

Boy you guys are fast! I was waiting for pics to upload, didn't think it would take that long. Took three of them out in the sun. Here are a few

You can see the one has a light blue blanket, the other 5 are all very similar.
I have to run out but will post the rest later
Any guesses on breed?

Eeeeeee! Precious little fuzzies

All have pink bills and legs. My guess then is they'll be something besides Toulouse or African

The email will response will tell all.

Here is a better shot of the 'different' one:

Kim, what did your american lavenders look like as babies? They look like maybe buffs, but they aren't breeding them anymore?

They look like buffs, although if they truly aren't breeding, they could also be american lavenders. Very similar breed with, obviously, a different color. It's not a very strong color, so wouldn't be heavily obvious in the goslings (such as grey would be, for instance). The different one looks like an embden, probably.
