I didn't use hardware cloth.

#2 may be more effective in that instance... ;)

That may be so, but I do try and pride myself in keeping the yard cleaned up after the dogs and birds. The neighbor doesn't like that I have chickens and ducks, so I don't want to give her or animal control any ammunition to say that I don't keep them in sanitary conditions or am neglectful of my pets or anything to that effect. I go on poop patrol with my shovel on a regular basis. You can see where the property line is because her yard is full of dog poop while mine is not ;)

You all need to stop now. I'm finding this disturbingly interesting.

Little ones will surely help.
Sometime I'll tell you about the time my son decided it was time to go right in the middle of a crowd at an auction.
Even the auctioneer stopped and busted out laughing over the speaker system.
Now is a good time!

WAR!
Let's win this war!

Yeah, I just just bought 100ft. of welded wire to add a skirt to one run and build another run/grazing area, but we decided it's getting used to close off the property line on one side instead to keep crazy neighbor out of our yard. We didn't think we had to worry about keeping neighbors out of our yard, but apparently we do.

It could always be worse...

Haven't noticed that but it does give meat birds a nice salty taste. Figured it's same as a good brine soak.
It also gives feathers a nice healthy shine as well as gets the dirt off. Caution white birds may get some discoloration.
Doesn't do much for waterfowl feathers. You know the old saying " like piss off a ducks back"
Great for comb frost bite relief, cures scaly mites and another tool for teaching cockerels to stay out of your space and who's the boss. Advise using caution with older roosters unless you're into below the belt piercings.
Roosters usually learn respect pretty quick. If one wants to test boundaries just put your thumb into your belt or bailing twine and almost always they'll back down. If not give em a good squirt until they squat for you.
Only one dominate cock round here.

Neighbors =:barnie

I hope you can get a fence up quickly.
:hugs
