I don’t know my ducks gender

That's going to happen until they are able to be together all of the time. Drakes like to decide who is top duck.
Even my muscovies bite each other or grab feathers and they are together all of the time.
Are they still house ducks?
Unfortunately no, they live outside now in seperate cages but next to each other. Also do you think the young Muscovy is still too young to be in the same cage as the big drake or the drake will definitely try to kill it?

I am not sure yet since they are both potentially drakes. How big is the cage? Do they have a run? A house?

I know nothing about ducks I don’t know anything about them we treat them like dogs/house pets we don’t do anything of the duck farmers or anything like that so they’re basically dogs in duck bodies because they act exactly like dogs because of the way they were raised. They hate swimming because they weren’t raised swimming and they hate being outside they’d do anything to get back inside the house

Also I have another question, if they are both Drake’s, when they reach the same age will they get along or do drakes not get along?
Drakes will fight during breeding season, but usually it's not bad. As long as you only have drakes and don't introduce females, they should be fine. If you ever decide to get females, you should have 3-4 per drake.

How big, if not big enough, probably should keep them separate when penned up. Do they get free time outside of the cage!
Yea they get free time but strictly can’t be next to each other, if the young one does turn out to be a girl will they become a pair?

And the cage can fit one duck, it can fit 2 but it would be slightly cramped but they still have a way to walk, when they reach the same age should they still be seperate or will they sleep next to each other and be friends

Well, the drake will mate a female if that is what you mean. She could become overmated though (if female). In the duck world, males can attempt to mate males as well as females attempt to mate with other females (especially when there is no opposite sex).
