I dont know how old my pullets are

I have 6 Isa Brown's and they have some tail feathers and most have all of their primaries. My 2 golden comets havent started growing tail feathers and they don't have primaries yet, same goes for my australorps. They look like they are about 12-17 days old. I don't fear know though. Any help?
