I don't know where to put the needle.

I bought some peneacilan for my girl peaches, but I don't know where to inject the medicine. Her legs and feet are swollen. Looks like she has blisters. I open them up and puss come out. I do squeeze as much of the puss out as I can and have been soaking her feet in epsom salt nightly. It's to no avail the puss just returns.:/]

Penicillin is administered IM. Inject into the thigh muscle or the breast.
