I don't like my eggs :( ???

I have never had a fresh egg in my 41 years of life. Can't wait to get to try one!

About peeling... when I was a kid my mom had this nifty gadget that we used to poke a little hole in the air sac end of eggs before boiling. It made peeling them incredibly easy. The thing eventually broke, or got lost, or whatever years ago and I have never seen anything like it in the stores since. I've used a needle to poke a hole in eggs before and it really does help. Don't know if it would work on a fresh egg or not, but it's worth a try.

You could try giving them more grain before you let them out to roam for the day. If they eat more grain then they might be less likely to feed on things that will intensify the "eggy" flavor. And also make sure they have enough protein in what you feed them or they will get a large part from bugs which not only gives a richer flavor but color as well.
