I don't like people

I guess technically I am a person, but of a people. Remember, each herd is composed of individuals. A question of focusing the microscope.

I can't say I dislike "people" in general- I don't know them well enough.

Sometimes I don't like their actions- but it may be ignorance of facts and lack of education, not "stupidity". Just because someone doesn't agree with me doesn't make them "stupid" or unlikeable.

this goes with swine flu, if you ask a person, they say its all media hype and its not dangerous, if you ask a herd of sheep they tell you all the people that died how much more deadly it is than regular flu, how you should wash your hands and don't touch pig, or you might die or something. its none of that, its media hype, nothing more.

lack of education is one thing, but lack of common sense is stupidity.

hmmmm interesting to say "I hate people" especially considering to everyone else you are "people".

I do not hate but I strongly dislike certain people at times.

Actually, it's a privately owned forum, that Nifty graciously opened the door for others to get together and discuss backyard chickens.

Pertaining to the question at hand. I think there are lots of good people, especially those who take accountability for their own actions.
 
I never said I hated anyone, the title of my thread is I don't like people, not I hate people

That is very true Ranchhand.

However, when those people start judging me without getting to know me, force their ways upon me, or disrespect me. Then I dislike them.

I generally try to stay away from people, far too many of them are like I listed above. I'd rather ave myself from any more of those expiriences.

Good question.

Overall people are ok.

There are those with common sense and those without the common sense to know what the lines are.
