I dont think she is a lav split but not sure need advise

Grey would not be an expected result from a lavender X black crossing. Could be that the parent birds had different E-alleles. For example if either is E/e^b based and carries Pg, the bird would not be penciled. Bred to an e^b based bird or even another E/e^b, some will end up with e^b/e^b and Pg: voile--penciling. There may be other ways this could occur, also. BTW, daddy carries silver.
